Samsung to soon launch Samsung Corby Pop in India
MUMBAI: Samsung, whose Corby S3650 was tipped to be one of the most affordable handsets yet, will now roll out an even more cheaper version out in the market. Samsung Corby Pop is the new enterent in the Corby family
The fully touchpad handset is integrated with features like a 1.3-megapixel camera, FM radio, 22MB internal memory and a 960 mAh battery which should be good for up to 8 hours of yakking. The handset is pre-installed with Palringo IM and a fake call prank application and social networking widgets will give instant access to Facebook, Twitter and other sites.
Samsung is also preparing to unleash the new version of Corby with Wi-Fi. The manufaturer plans to market it first in India and it is anticipated that this more affordable version will roll out with a retail price of Rs 7000.
