Mithoon to release non film music album
MUMBAI: Mithoon Sharma, the power behind 'Maula Mere Maula' from 'Anwar' and 'Aadat' from 'Kalyug' is almost on the threshold of releasing his first non-film music album Tu Hi Mere Rab Ki Tarah Hai with T Series.
"Tu Hi Mere Rab Ki Tarah Hai is my first full fledged non-film album as a composer and singer. The album is very close to my heart and I'm happy that it is now reading the audiences."
Mithoon unleashed his vocal fury on the audience for the first time with 'Mausam' from 'The Train'.
For his new album, Mithoon traveled to the United Kingdom to rope in musicians. Mithoon has worked with musicians of the
Philharmonic Orchestra. He said, "In this album I have worked with some international musicians- Amy Dickson (Saxophone), Andy Baker, Tim Maple (Guitars), Harriet Adie (Harp), and Tim Robertson (bass). I composed parts for them and went to London to record."
