MUMBAI: Abhijit Ghoshal, who is popular for his devotional music genre, recently mesmerised NRIs with his soulful bhajans in multiple languages.

He recently was invited to sing bhajans at a Jain temple in Chicago. The singer enthralled everyone by his bhajans. All the bhajans chanted by him were his original creations.

Speaking about his performance, Abhijit Ghoshal told, "I received a lot of love from the NRIs in the US. Although being a Bengali, I was singing in many other languages and not once they found it to be different. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that the association invited me to come in the future too. Also, versatility is important and so I felt that singing in multiple languages helps me connect with people."

Besides, he also performed at a Bollywood concert in Greater Chicago, which also received applauds. This event was organised by Bengali association there.

Meanwhile, Abhijit Ghoshal, who has won Sa Re Ga Ma Pa for 11 times, had launched his album, Sainath Aao, which is based on Sai Bhajans.
