Indigo goes the 'Unhate' way for Independence day

MUMBAI: On the occasion of 70th Independence Day, Bangalore's radio station Indigo decided to celebrate the day with a realistic approach. Indigo decided to deal with issues through breaking stereotypes and spread the message of ‘unhate’ through its latest initiative for Bangalore. With the aim of providing freedom from hatred, the campaign focuses on all the current issues plaguing the world and offers a credible platform to help identify solutions.

Throughout the campaign, across the shows, topics dear to the listeners will be discussed on-air along with a panel of eminent speakers and experts, giving equal ground and opportunities to come out with solutions. Indigo’s ‘Unhate’ campaign will help listeners in not only ideating but also in taking a pledge to ‘Unhate’. The campaign has commenced a week before Independence Day and is encouraging listeners to play an active part in finding solutions to these problems.

Other radio stations like Choklate has planned a five-day long programming from 11-15 August. The activity includes ground and on-air both, in which the FM station has divided each day with a specific topic. While on the other hand, Radio Mirchi Amritsar is going to launch new radio jockey, RJ Honey. Even Tadka has different plans. As Tadka is completing 10-years, the radio station is busy in preparing for the event on Independence Day.
