Samsung unveils Corby TV and Metro TV

MUMBAI: Samsung has announced the launch of two new handsets CDMA Corby TV and Metro TV, thus further widening its portfolio in the country. Both the handsets are embedded with integrated broadband mobile TV.

The application has been developed by Apalya Technologies and is called MimobiTV Mobile TVMobile TV and is one of official partners for the IPL Mobile VideoMobile Video Streaming. It offers users on-demand video streaming of more than 40 channels on both CDMA 1X and 3G networks.

Samsung Corby TV is priced at Rs 9699 and it boasts of features like 2.8-inch QVGA display, OMH-enabled, 2 mega pixel camera, FM Radio, Bluetooth and microSD card slot with free software upgrade.

The Metro TV supports nine Indian languages with mobile tracker,2-inch display, 2 mega pixel camera, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and microSD card slot. Metro TV is priced at Rs 6999.
