Sony launches MDR-NC7 headphone

Sony India have announced the launch of their latest product, the Sony MDR-NC7 Noise Canceling Headphones.

This particular Sony headphone lets you hear your music and not the noise. They are foldable, affordable, noise canceling headphones. The highlight of the Sony MDR-NC7 is to reduce unwanted ambient noise by 90 per cent, leaving you with crystal clarity and pure uninterrupted music. One can call it an ideal travel companion as it is light in weight, convenient to carry with its ability to fold and with a battery life of approximately 50 hours, keeping you company on those long flights.

The Sony MDR-NC7 is a fairly stylish headphone which runs on AAA battery and weighs approx. 134g (including battery). It also has a dual-use capability system which allows you to choose between listening to your music with or without the noise cancellation feature. With its 30mm driver (Neodymium magnet), one can still use the headphones even if the battery runs out, by toggling between the convenient on/off switch.

A 30 – 20,000Hz range with a maximum output of 100mW is what the Sony MDR-NC7 Noise-Canceling headphones boasts of. When the device is switched on, it has a sensitivity of 102dB/mW and 100dB/mW when the feature is in switch off mode. It also comes well-equipped with a plug adaptor which connects directly to a stereo or dual jack of the in-flight music audio/video services.
