MUMBAI: Release of book "GULHA-E-SEHRANG" a compilation of Shyaris written by Smt. Nirmala Srivastava was held on 31st January 2009 at Center Point, South Lounge, World Trade Center 1, Cuff Parade, also a web portal was launched www.sheraurshayari.com by the hands of famous lyricist & writer Nida Fazli, thereafter a Mushaiyra was organised were many prominent shayars participated.

Present at the event were Dr M Rahman (Ex-Vice Chancellor, Aligarh University), lyricist Nida Fazli, lyricist Ibrahim Ashq, Abdul Sattar Dalvi (Executive Chairman, Maharashtra Urdu Sahitya Academy), Kalpana Jain also famous singer Bhupender Singh graced this occasion.
