MUMBAI: Recently a video album titled `Italian Connection to India` was launched in Delhi by Arjun International to bring Italy closer to India.
The event was marked by a performance on the sarangi by Kamal Sabri accompanied by Akhtar, Aslam, Suhail and Yusuf Khan. Director Rajat Chawla has shot the album in Genova, which is first of a series of the seven albums that Arjun International plans to release.
Arjun International chairman and managing director Rajbir said, "Italy has a rich culture as India and a beautiful country, after this video we are planning to shoot seven more videos with various singers of India and also a movie. This will be the first album which will be picturised in different locations of Italy with different singers."
Also present at the occasion were Giancarlo Lamio- Italian Trade Commissioner (Trade Promotion, Attache of the Italian Embassy) Argentina Ambassador Ernesto Alvarez, Tommaso Pellicci- Executive Producer, Karen Production Company, Antonella Calabrini- Attache from Embassy of Italy, and others.
