MUMBAI: MTV Roadies, known for its brash element plans to kickstart its new season with an exclusive MTV Roadies concert as the show enters the seventh season. The concert will flag off the final 14 roadies as they head off to Africa.

The bands shortlisted to perfprm for this are Pune based Agnee, the fast growing Raghu Dixit Project and Saadhak - the winners of MTV Rock On. Agnee, one of the oldest bands in the country has composed a theme song for roadies called "Jeet Lenge Yaar". This concert will also mark the first public performance of MTV's latest discovery Saadhak. Intrestingly, the concert is scheduled at a dilapidated mill rather than a music venue as it gels well with the nature of the show.

The roadies concert will be aired on MTV on 20 December 2009 at 7 pm.
