RIM launches BlackBerry music sharing service

MUMBAI: The much talked about Research In Motion (RIM) cloud-based social music service for BlackBerry is finally available. The BBM music service has been launched in Australia, United States and Canada.

BBM Music service pre loaded with 50-song allows blackberry users to build an evolving, community-based music library. The  service offers playlist of leading music companies – Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and EMI. User can also share tracks amongst their BBM Music friends and vice versa.

RIM music service is available for 30 days free trial on the latest version of BlackBerry Messenger (BBM 6) and is available for monthly subscription of $5.99 AUD.
