Sonu Niigaam announces MJ tribute album

MUMBAI: Bollywood's leading singer Sonu Niigaam announced on Michael Jackson's first death anniversary that he will be releasing a tribute album for the late pop icon 

Niigaam will be working with MJ's brother and singer Jermaine Jackson on the special tribute album. The duo also plans to release a video once the songs are completed.

Sonu Niigaam, like many other's in B'town, has been a big MJ admirer, and ironically was in LA when the news of the MJ's death broke last year. Today, Niigaam will be on air on 92.7 Big FM and will be dedicating MJ's songs through the day.

Michael Jackson died on June 25 last year amidst a lot of controversies; however, he is one of the rare icons whose popularity only went up.
