MUMBAI: Renowned international artistes Sting, Rihanna and Bruno Mars will collaborate for a special musical performance at the 55th annual Grammy Awards, scheduled to be held on 10 February.

The three musicians will take the stage together for a special performance, the Recording Academy confirmed. The news was announced on the Grammys’ official Twitter account.

They tweeted, “In case you missed, @BrunoMars @Rihanna + Sting (@OfficialSting) will be performing together at the 55th #GRAMMYs next Sunday on @CBSTweet!" 

Rihanna had previously been rumoured to be appearing with Chris Brown at the event, but her performance will now include a different pair of male artists.

Other stars on the line-up for the event include Justin Timberlake, who will be making his first live televised performance since his musical return, Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift amongst others. Triple nominee Kelly Clarkson will also take the stage to perform on her hit tracks.

The awards ceremony will be presented by rapper LL Cool J.
