Why you should not consider missing this year's SulaFest

MUMBAI: On 6 and 7 Feb, Nashik would once again host hundreds of wine lovers, music revellers, fashionistas to the popular establishment- Sula Vineyards- safely situated on the outskirts of the city. SulaFest, or Gourmet World Music Festival, goes truly 'global' with the music line-up this year, but that's not the only reason why the edition makes the festival so difficult to miss.

1. That tempting line-up

Artists from 23 countries would take up the stage this year to enthral the fans, and that's not yet. The 2016 edition of the festival stands out for its most diverse line-up so far, with music spread across 20 genres (or even more). From an Australian ska jazz outfit to Sufi/folk, SulaFest prepares to quench your every aural thirst.

2. The undeniably beautiful scenic venue

Apart from ensuring the musical desires are fulfilled, SulaFest's venue offers a great deal of pleasure to the eyes too. The festival, held at the Vineyard's Amphitheatre, remains exposed to the beauty of Nashik's landscape and the weather that just acts as the cherry on the cake.

3. Collection of many, many irresistible wines

The line-up of this edition is diverse, refreshing and could easily force the listeners to sway accordingly, however, the impressive collection of wines Sula offers, does almost the same. Not a fan of the music? No problem. The Tasting Room got your sorted.

4. Everybody is a winner

SulaFest takes care of everyone. Dedicated shopaholics, young and old wine lovers, religious foodies, you name it and the edition wouldn't disappoint.

5. An extremely fun place to be

Okay! The line-up and the view and wines all make up for an almost ideal weekend, but what if you want more? How about grape stomping? The camping? With Let's Camp Out, you can not only have the comfort under the trees with the ambience-enhancing 'vibe', the arragnement also guarantees you do not miss out on the music.
