MUMBAI: Intex, the Delhi-based Indian smartphones manufacturing company, introduced two new affordable smartphones for the Indian market- the Aqua Life and Aqua Life II.
The Intex Aqua Life sports a 5-inch FWVGA display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and paired with 512MB RAM. The smartphone has an internal memory of 4 GB that can be further expanded to 32GB via microSD card.
The Aqua Life sports an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and has a 2MP front facing camera. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based smartphone also comes with dual-SIM support and packs in a 2000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The Aqua Life will be available in black, white, and blue variants.
On the other hand, the Aqua Life II sports a 5-inch FWVGA display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor coupled with 1 GB RAM. The device packs in 8 GB in-built storage and can be further expanded to 32GB via microSD card.
The smartphone sports a 5MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 1.3MP front-facing camera. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat-based smartphone comes with dual-SIM support and packs in a 2000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The Aqua Life II will be available in white and orange, black and blue, and blue colour variants.
The Aqua Life is priced at Rs 5,777 and the Aqua Life II is priced at Rs 5,555. The devices have been listed on the company website but there is no information on its availability.
