MUMBAI: Delhi-based Intex Technologies unveiled the Intex Aqua Speed smartphone on 2 March.

The Intex Aqua Speed that runs on Android Kitkat 4.4.2 OS features a 4.5 inch qHD IPS full lamination display. It is powered with a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with a 2 GB RAM. The device comes with 16GB internal memory that is further expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

The smartphone also comes with an 8 megapixels rear camera with f/2.8 aperture and LED flash, and a 5 megapixels front camera. The camera offers features like Panorama, Live Photo and Gesture capture mode. For connectivity, the device has 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and GPS. The Intex Aqua Speed is powered with a 1700 mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 4-5 hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby time. The back panel of the smartphone comes with Sand stone finish, giving it a distinctive look and makes the back of the phone resistant to smudges.

The Intex Aqua Speed measures 136 x 68 x 8.9mm and weighs 120 gm and is available in white, coffee, grey and black colour variants. The device is available for purchase at the maximum retail price of Rs. 7444. However, the Intex Aqua Speed is available to buy exclusively on eBay India at a discounted price of Rs. 7,299.
