MUMBAI: Rapper Azealia Banks did not seem to regret her use of homophobic slur when she went ballistic on a flight from New York to Los Angeles earlier this week.
The ‘Chasing time’ hitmaker landed in hot water after being caught on camera hitting a fellow passenger, a French man, who blocked her exit as they pulled their luggage from the overhead bin.
When a male flight attendant tried to calm her down, the 24-year-old hip-hop star called him a "f***ing f***ot."
The musician took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to defend her antics in a series of posts.
I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. . Nothing else to say.

She complained about the double standard people use to judge others' choice of words, saying, "America picks and chooses” and she also pointed out that it is a “major part of American culture that has to change."
Showing no remorse, she added, "I only owe an apology to my fans.”
I've said my piece. I apologized to my fans. There's nothing else I can do.
