The Narayans have decided to celebrate the honour by throwing a dinner party for all members of Parliamentt next month. The singer told radioandmusic.com, “We have extended the invitation, but nothing is confirmed yet. On receiving confirmation, we will be more than happy to announce.”
What spurred him to think of such a unique way to mark the occasion? Said Narayan, "This is my heartiest wish to celebrate my achievement with the members of Parliament. They do not need a party, but it is my wish to entertain them with my son and band. I want to sing my songs for them. This is the only aim of inviting them.”
The soulful vocalist added,” I would love to witness the presence of all the members and it will be great if our honourable prime minister Narendra Modi could lend five minutes for the function too. Also, soon we are going to Kargil and will be performing for our ‘Fauji Bhai’ as well. I got an invitation from the army and am overwhelmed. The date will be finalised shortly.I want to perform for them to deliver happiness to those who serve our motherland”.
