MUMBAI: Bollywood playback singer Shilpa Rao set to release her new album with Times Music on 19 May 2016.

The songstress has been working on the album for quite a long time and the release of the album has been synced with a music tour, starting from Mumbai on the decided date, followed by Pune on 20 May and 26 May locked for Delhi.

Shilpa talks about the album by saying, “All the songs I have been grown learning are included in the album. The album is the recreation of the classic songs by legendary singers like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Reshma, Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and so on.”

“I am also planning to feature in one of the music videos from the album in the song ‘Aaj Lattah Nahi’ originally sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Other recreations include Ankhiyan Udeek Diyan, Challa, Dama Dam Mast Kalander” added Shilpa.
