Lost Stories en route to Global Citizen India

MUMBAI: Lost Stories, which comprises Rishab Joshi and Prayag Mehta, recently secured the 52nd position in the list released by world's top EDM magazine DJ Mag. The electronic duo is all set to perform at the debut India edition of the Global Citizen Festival. It will have leading performers like Coldplay, Jay Z, AR Rahman, Arijit Singh and more.

The Global Citizen Festival is happening in Mumbai on 19 November 2016 Saturday.

Best known for their wide-ranging use of Indian elements with advanced dance music, Mehta and Joshi set out working together in 2009 and since then there has been no looking back.

On their endeavour at Global Citizen Festival India, one-half of the duo Rishab Joshi stated, “It will be the largest festival so far and it is a big deal for us. Performing in front of one lakh people would be something which never happened in the past. People have spent a large amount of money for this festival and this is going to be massive with individuals from diverse genres.”

When we asked Rishab about the time slots and what will be on his playlist he said he still doesn't know about the time slots and he will mostly play originals from Lost Stories. Also, he thinks that performing at Global Citizen India will be definitely divergent from their earlier live acts.

Lost Stories has performed at leading music festivals across the world, including Tomorrowland (first Indian DJs to play at Tomorrowland), Mysteryland (Netherlands), Sunburn, VH1 Supersonic.

Recently they debuted at EDC India which took place in Delhi on 12-13 November. They will also perform at Enchanted Valley Carnival this year on 17–18 December in Aamby Valley City, Pune, India.
