MUMBAI: Boxout Wednesdays will take up a weekly residency at Delhi's Summer House Café, one of the Capital’s most popular venues, from 8 March 2017. The new series is designed to highlight sounds and styles that champion underground culture. Also, the weekly gigs will be streamed live on Facebook and it will help to build a community that is un-served by mainstream media.

The debut gig will be featuring hip-hop producer and MC, Brooklyn Shanti, a name familiar to most indie music fans in India, and seasoned American DJ and producer Tittsworth, who has played alongside the likes of Kanye West, Jamie XX, Green Velvet and Catz and Dogs among others at festivals around the world. Also playing on 8 March will be Dubai-based The 264 Cru associate C.O.B who will be playing a vinyl-only set.

Boxout Wednesdays will be streamed live from Summer House on the Boxout.fm page from 10 pm to 1 am. The next edition of Boxout Wednesdays will feature bass music producer and DJ Su Real on 15 March 2017.

People who do not know, Boxout.fm will be an online radio focused on alternative music and culture in India that aims to be a community platform for discovery of the new creative India.
