MUMBAI: Apart from his heavy-duty touring and performance commitments with some of the biggest acts of the country which include Parikrama, Subha Mudgal, Aditi Singh Sharma, Gaurav Balani has started to make waves with his solo projects.

Titled INALAB which features Gaurav’s independent work and the Couch Potato Series which is a fan art series dedicated to TV shows around the globe where the background music is recreated in the lines of Gaurav's interpretations. The two projects are extremely diverse and engaging. He actively started working on them in 2016 and this New Year saw the release of two tracks from each of his projects, which have received over 20 thousand hits.

The latest track from the Couch Potato Series based on ‘Stranger Things’ called ‘Hole In the Sun’, was released on 10 March 2017, whereas Illuminate featuring Ujwal Nagar was released in January 2017.

The first release from the Couch Potato Series was inspired by the popular series - Narcos, titled ‘La Catedral’ Feat. Zachary George.
