MUMBAI: The ‘Swag Mera Desi’ and ‘Tamanche Pe Disco’ rapper/singer Raftaar debuts as a music director for a Bengali film ‘Chaamp’. The music is on SVF Music and Zee Music Bangla. The music of the film ‘Chaamp’ was launched yesterday 11 June in Kolkata.

The interesting part is, that in the history of Bengali cinema three music directors are working together in one film. Along with Raftaar, Jeet Ganguly and Anupam Roy too have given their music to this film. The song, ‘Dekho Dekho Chaamp' is composed and sung by Raftaar. The lead actor of the film Dev too has given vocals to this track.

'Chaamp' is an upcoming sports drama film, directed by Raj Chakraborty, starring Dev and Rukmini Maitra.

Produced by Dev Entertainment Ventures and distributed by SVF Entertainment, the film is scheduled for its release on 23 June 2017.
