MUMBAI: Baadshaho a thriller movie directed by Milan Luthria releases its first song of the movie Mere Rashke Qamar. It’s the rendition of the original song with the same title; both the songs are sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. The original lyric was written by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Fana and the rendition lyrics is by Manoj Muntashir. The music is composed by Tanishk Bagchi.

Bagchi tried to give a modern touch to song by adding different tune and beats than the original song. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's voices manage to amazes us in this version. Their voices and the music beats just go hand in hand. The song stars Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’Cruz.

The movie is about the emergency era of 1975, when there was a political unrest in the whole country. The movie is set to release on 1 September.
