MUMBAI: Jubin Nautiyal is one of the current lead singers with a singing unique tone of his own. Nautiyal has songs like Humma Humma, Bawara Mann and many more chartbusters credited to him. Most people only know about him for his voice, but very few know about him as a person. The singer is an active participant when it comes to social causes. He is a regular face, when it comes to issues such on wildlife, be they ‘Save the tiger’ or the‘Wild aid campaign’, Jubin has been of part of all.
“ Everyone has to climb that one step of the ladder , forgetting their caste, religion, keeping apart all the hatred, everyone has to come forward to save the existing lot of the animal species, otherwise they will become extinct one day,” explianed the singer.
Jubin has been invited for the International Snow Leopard Conservation Forum which will be held on 24 and 25 August 2017 in Bishkek in Kyrgyz Republic. Jubin revealed, “ They approached me as they have been following my work and they also liked whatever I am and have been doing. I would be going there to create an awareness among the people to save the rare species which are on the verge of extinction; I will also be singing over there.” He feels really sad that Snow Leopards are on the verge of extinction, that they will soon disappear. He finds this a great opportunity to share his views, to make people aware about rare animal species on a podium where many big political names will be present.
Nautiyal is currently happy with the response that he has been getting for his song Socha Hai, which is a new version of the old Kishore Kumar classic Keh Du Tumhe, “ To sing a song that I grew up hearing and which I have loved was a great feeling. And that too a song originally sung byKishore Kumar! It has always been close to my heart.”
