MUMBAI: The beautiful and elegant Shibani Dandekar will be hosting the third season of Colors Infinity’s singing reality show The Stage 3. Dandekar has been a part of the show since, its inception and returning to it is a lot like a family reunion for the pretty lady. But, the season is not just going to be spent having fun. There will be some serious discussion around betterment of the show and Dandekar will very much be a part of it.

“We’ve been together since the first edition and for us, it is really important to understand that we will come again season after season. The success of the show is important to us. It’s not just about having a great TV show but it is also about understanding and giving a platform to the artists to really express themselves in the English space. I think that is very important as an artist.”

She further added, “When we meet season after season and brainstorm; it is really an important project for all of us. It is something we are actively involved in because it means really a lot to us. So back to season three is huge and we are looking forward to do something big and better. It is always about improving and make sure the show continues to be popular,” said Dandekar.

 The actor-singer-model is all excited to see the talents from the upcoming TV show. She said, “It’s always the talent as we never get this kind of platform to see the talents out there in English music space. We have seen people coming from remotest places for the auditions to blow us away with their performances. They have the ability to captivate the audience from the stage. They bring out their individuality when they come to the stage.”

Dandekar also went to share her favourite moment from The Stage. “One of my favourite moments is listening to these kids singing from behind the stage. If it wasn’t for The Stage how would we even find these kids? It’s a proud moment that Stage allows this.”
