MUMBAI: We all surf the net, read our morning papers and update ourselves with the current news, don’t we? But how many of us actually put forth our opinions?
Known as the pioneers of original Indian independent music and one to not mince his words, Vishal Dadlani has been constantly making an effort to change the system through his posts. His post might just seem like an easy way of doing things to many, but opinions do matter and especially when they come from a public figure like Dadlani.
However, the composer-singer believes that every opinion matters and its clearly posted on his Twitter account that reads - ‘For too long, you and I've been quiet...RISE UP!’ Most prefer sticking to goody topics on Twitter because it keeps one off the trolls, but not Dadlani.
Here are some of his post that will definitely get you thinking --
#Demonetisation. Of fools, by fools, for fools. I'm glad people are waking up to the disastrous fallout of this bizarre self-goal for India. https://t.co/dx9Hxry5dQ

Hey, USA. 1. The #LasVegas shooter is a Terrorist, even though he isn't brown. 2. Stop selling guns so freely. Terrorists love that shit!

Truly heartbreaking! All politics aside, how can it be alright for female students protesting an incident of molestation, to be beaten? https://t.co/q6qr4NQUmd

The singer also truly appreciates people who have brought positive changes in our society.
Admire Ms. Swaraj, but this is like saying "trying to demolish a stone wall with ones head, is a courageous step towards unifying humanity!" https://t.co/8aH332e8I0

Hindus are not in danger. Muslims are not in danger. India is not in danger. The only thing in danger, is the economy & financial stability.

#LasVegasShootings :/
Terrorists, killers of the innocent, are the worst cowards on this earth. I hope they receive slow, painful justice.— VISHAL DADLANI (@VishalDadlani) October 2, 2017
Bad technique, bad planning. Sorta like #Demonetisation 2.0. The arrow went down like the GDP, the bow broke like the economy's backbone. https://t.co/npeU604dRK

Pl. STOP re-hashing old tunes. Your films/name should be remembered for YOUR music. Not this! 1 or 2 in a career? Sure. Every 3rd song? No!
