MUMBAI: The multigenre performer Harshi Mad known to have collaborated on singles with artiste like Mika Singh, DJ Bravo and performed live concerts with Sonu Nigam, Atif Aslam and more, recently went on to do some charity.
During her recent visit to Bhuj, Harshi did some charity in a school. “This was for the first time I did so much charity. I was invited to a school in Sedant village that is 10 km away from Bhuj. It is a charitable school run by the people of Kutch where disabled children are taking learning. I performed for them and did charity for the school kids,” said the Body Like A Bomba singer.
She performs in multiple genres including IndiPop, Hip Hop, Bollywood, Bhangra, Garba and Classical. With her powerful vocals, unique style of performance, she has conquered the live event space as a true entertainer.
For her fans, she will soon be releasing a single based on folk music. The single is written by Prakash Jha and composed by Santosh Nair. “The single soon to be released is based on Rajasthani ethnic wear. Captivating folk music from the best states, the song also has its authentic music to the song. It’s about the Ghagra and the work done on it is just so beautiful. Basically, the song will be a folk cum item song where I am wearing the attire and featuring in beautiful locations of Kutch like the Vijay Vilas Palace,” stated Harshi who belongs from the beautiful city of Kutch, Bhuj.
The singer has other single lined-up with a big female rapper along with concerts in India and abroad.
