MUMBAI: Colors TV’s Rising Star is all set to end its second season. Today is the semi-finale round and the chosen six will perform. These contestants have been selected by mentors Shankar Mahadevan, Monali Thakur and Diljit Dosanjh along with the country’s live voting.

The participants are Chetan Brijwasi, Rohanpreet Singh, Hemant Brijwasi, Akhtar Brothers, Vishnumaya Ramesh and Zaid Ali. Out of which Hemant Brijwasi has won the ticket to the finale. The other contestants’ fate will be declared tonight. Interestingly, this episode will also see The Student of the Year fame Alia Bhatt on the show, encouraging the participants.
