MUMBAI: Humsafar singer and T-Series artist, Akhil Sachdeva wants to recreate two of the famous songs of legendary singers, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh.

Expressing his wish, Akhil said, “I’m a big fan of Kishore Kumar and Mukesh, hence I would love to recreate two of their iconic songs, Inteha Ho Gayi and Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein. Both of these songs are  close to my heart.”

“Of course, they would be in my Sufi Rock style,” Akhil further added on the genre in which he would recreate the songs.

Famous as NashaBoy, Akhil has always been vocal about Sufi Rock genre and wants to stick to its simplicity throughout his career.

On the career front, Akhil Sachdeva has bagged his debut IIFA nomination in the best music direction category for his hit song, Humsafar from Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
