MUMBAI: The latest Zee Music Company release, Rahi Na is sure to take you on a different trance. This melodious track is sung by Rishabh Srivastava.

Speaking about the song, Rishabh said, “It’s like an accomplishment that I could pull off Rahi Na so well.”

He further added, “Rahi Na is a Sufi song. In terms of lyrics, I did not want to compromise as I wanted something different and unique for this song. There are only a few lyrics, dedicated to the romantic angle of the song. The lyrics are quite divine.”

Rishabh Srivastava further told about his experience of working on the lyrical part of the song, “I made my lyric writer, Laado Suwalka, especially, work on this and he did work hard. He changed the antaras and this is how we made it happen, though it took a month to do this song.”

He also revealed that he would be coming up with a contest based on Rahi Na. The contest would, specifically, be for female singers, who have to sing the chorus of the song and post it on their timeline with the hashtag, #Zeemusic Company and #rahina. On this, Rishabh added, “I am also looking for a fresh female singer with whom I will do one duet song later.”

The song Rahi Na is running  successfully, which is evident from the soaring page views. “We have got a good response for the song and people are both loving and appreciating it,” added Rishabh.

Lastly, he spoke about his upcoming projects, one of which is a mashup.
