MUMBAI: A robbery complaint, which was lodged at Oshiwara Police Station, yesterday, is not any usual complaint. It involves Bollywood singer Mika Singh, whose house was robbed on 29 July 2018.

The incidence took place, at around 3 pm, at Mika’s Oshiwara residence in Andheri.

Revealing about the same, inspector Shailesh Pasalwad, from Oshiwara Police Station, who is in charge of the case, informed, “Mika’s manager lodged the complaint, on his behalf, on 30 July. Cash of around one lakh rupees and 75 grams of gold has been stolen.”

On being asked, if they have a doubt on anyone, about the robbery, he further told, “The manager has allegedly doubted Mika Singh’s housemaid, Ankit Wassan, who has absconded since past two days. He was also seen leaving the building in the CCTV footage.”

The Oshiwara police team is making efforts in tracing the suspect, who hails from New Delhi. The singer has not given any comments for now.
