MUMBAI: Two legends from the music industry, performing together, is a rare occasion, but whenever it does happen, it's magical! A similar situation was seen at the recent launch of the song, Balma, from the upcoming Vishal Bharadwaj directorial, Pataakha, which was held on Tuesday.

Well, two renowned singers from the music industry, Sunidhi Chauhan and Rekha Bharadwaj crooned the song, Balma at its launch, leaving both the audience and the film’s cast, spellbound! The event was attended by the entire cast of the movie, including Sanya Malhotra, Radhika Madan, Sunil Grover, Abhishek Duhan and Namit Das.

The special number has a blend of the melodious voice of both the singers. Composed by Vishal himself, the lyrics of this rustic number are penned by Gulzar. The iconic duo has come together, once again for this warring-sisters comedy-drama.

Balma is very close to Bhardwaj, who was keen to have both, Sunidhi and Rekha singing a song for the movie. The director has also been shouting lout that Patakhaa would be ‘incomplete’ without the duo's contribution.

This fun number highlights sisters arguing on whose partner is better! Well, this is something, we all can relate to. Don’t we?
