Mumbai: Popular singer and composer Ankit Tiwari has composed and sung his new single Bey Pinjara and features in the upcoming video too, which is shot in Kyrgyzstan. The concept of the song was Ankit’s own but it was given a lyrical form by lyricist Anurag Bhomia. The song is slated to release this weekend.

Speaking about the song, Ankit says, “I had this though for a long time that how we all are caged in our thoughts and how this stops our journey towards success. I discussed it with Anuraag and he penned beautiful lyrics for it. Thus, this song Bey Pinjara came into form, which means ‘Uncaged’.”

Drawing parallel with the emergence of independent music, Ankit shares, “It’s quite like us independent musicians, who have now found a way to convey their thoughts on their own without being dependent another party.”

Bey Pinjara is also the first song Ankit has sung and releasing without the support of any music label. “I am releasing it on my own Youtube channel.” Currently, his channel has 13,000 subscriber base,” he told.

Composed by him, Ankit is very excited about the song. “A song that simply conveys the message to ‘get out of your own cage’. We face many hurdles on our way to our destination and Bey Pinjara is about freedom of mind and how to enjoy it. It is about making life an experience worth-living, by being free to your own self. It's not easy in today's world to live by no rules and in this song, we convey to emote beautiful sense of freedom and a sense of knowing our inner self”, adds Ankit.
