Amit is going to present his understanding of folk music. “India has a vast portfolio of folk music Every state has a unique form of music and instruments. Therefore, it is great exploring those streams of music.”

Bollywood has over the years represented the folk music at its best. Amit says, “yes there have been many folk music-based songs and they are good. Many of my own songs have been folk based. The recent songs from the movie Loveyatri, based on Gujarat folk music are great and I really liked them.”
