MUMBAI: The latest song of Israeli music artiste Hod Moshonov, aks Bemet, has an Indian connect through chicken masala.

Titled Chicken Masala, the song is about the Indian dish and about the similarity of the Indian and the Middle Eastern culture.

Bemet said in a statement to IANS, “India for me is the land of mystery and it has extreme wonders. I never know what to expect and which kind of adventure will hit me while touring this country.”

"After two years of playing in India, I can say it is my second home and I have expressed that in Chicken Masala, which is a first-of-its-kind Bollywood music video, telling a story about the illusion after getting high eating the famous Indian dish Chicken Masala." 

The song's video, featuring actress-singer Sara Gurpal, was shot in locations in Punjab.

Bemet will close 2018 with a show at the Sunburn Festival 2018 India, where he will launch Chicken Masala.
