MUMBAI: Indian singer has been crowned as the Best Solo Artist at the SSE Live Awards 2018. The singer was a runner-up in this category last year.

The queen of melody, who has not only swayed Indian but global fans as well, shouldered other international artists by winning the prestigious honour.

Expressing gratitude to her global fans, Shreya tweeted, “Celebrating our win #SSEAwards Thank you dear fans!! #TeamShreya you guys are beyond awesome! Your votes made our concert at the @ssearena the most loved performance of the year! Always grateful! Big cheers to my band and team! And of course @RockOnMusicLtd  Thank u @asjadnazir.”

When it comes to others, the Best Group award was bagged by Hollywood Vampires, while the award for Best Live Entertainment was by the Film Premiere of Bohemian Rhapsody.

The winners were declared based on audience voting and Shreya’s fans once again supported, thus making her a winner in the 2018 edition of the award.
