MUMBAI: Yash Narvekar who rose to fame with songs like Mere Dil Mein, Gulabi 2.0 and has given some bang on independent music to the audience has spoken on what he thinks about the independent music scene in the Indian music industry. “I feel like it’s the right time for independent music. People are finally giving importance and listening to Indie pop just like Bollywood songs.”

There was one time in India, the Golden Era when pop music was at the top and I can see the gradual shift back to that time,” said Narvekar.

Well, Yash Narvekar has a lot of new music coming up as he reveals that he has lots of independent music coming up. “I have written songs for the first time and I hope people will have a fun time listening to them.”

Recently Yash released his new song Feel The Vibe with Akasa Singh which has grabbed millions of views in a short period of time. He collaborated with Amaal Mallik for the song, produced under VYRL Originals.
