MUMBAI: Our life has become pretty much easier with transport services like Ola, Uber, isn’t it? But at times we do face glitches when it comes to booking these cabs especially when your driver’s location differs from your actual location. The same situation was faced by Nikhil Chinapa on 20 April when he went onto book an Uber cab.
He took a screenshot of his Uber experience that day and went onto Twitter to share it.
His Tweet read:
Slightly ridiculous don’t you think @Uber_Support @Uber? Driver tells me he’s 15 mins away. 10 mins later he’s 21 mins away.. and now, another 15 mins later, he cancels. #uber #mumbai pic.twitter.com/02QAlzmNxy

When his tweet went unnoticed by Uber, he went onto retweet. Check below
Looks like I needed to bring this to @UberINSupport’s attention. What’s the solution guys, or is it just *shrug* and *ignore*? @Uber #Mumbai https://t.co/YHUuGyR9vY

But looks like Uber India tweeted an automated message to Chinappa, to which he replied.
Could you please translate that to English @UberINSupport? https://t.co/ilczprUr7c

Well, we hope Uber takes Nikhil’s feedback into consideration.
