MUMBAI: Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye! and Gangs of Wasseypur music director Sneha Khanwalkar has composed songs of newest musical drama, Rejctx, which will be released on ZEE5.

Speaking about the project, whose music was recently launched, Sneha exclaims, “I have composed all songs of Rejctx. Director of the show, Goldie Behl told me to make a love song for teenagers and I made a tune accordingly while trying to keep it very simplistic. The songs, composed by me, are very mainstream, sweet, soft teenage and have a very heart-to-heart connect.”

Further speaking about her experience of working on the project, the singer further says, “The experience was very good because I know Goldie since a long time. His sense of music is very nice and clear. We had been trying to work together for the longest time now. Finally, we got together on this because he was also directing something after a long gap.”

Lastly, when asked, what motivated her to become a music composer, when there are a very few in the country, Sneha concludes, “Music direction is not known to most people and they don’t know what a music director does. It was only because music direction was ambiguous that I opted for it.”

Rejctx is a story of youngsters, who form a rap band to demonstrate their talent through their angst.
