MUMBAI: The much awaited romantic song of 2019, Enni Soni has finally dropped online after much hype. Though a visually enthralling treat, music of the song is a bit cold when compared to the buzz, the song had created prior to its release.

Penned, composed and sung by Guru Randhawa alongside Tulsi Kumar, the song is a typical Bollywood number, featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas.

When it comes to singing both Guru and Tulsi have done a phenomenal job. While Tulsi, who has learnt Punjabi for the song has crooned Punjabi efficiently. The High Rated Gabru singer has also toned down his voice to suit Prabhas’ personality on the screen.

The music is a bit different for the plot of a typical Bollywood romantic song as Randhawa has tried to mix bass, synth with the traditional guitar that always forms the USP of a romantic song in Hindi films. Though the effort is good, the music still falls short for the craze it had created before releasing.

Leads Prabhas and Shraddha’s sizzling chemistry is worth a watch. Enni Soni is also high on fashion as the stylish ensembles donned by the actors will enthral you. The picturesque locations form for a complete visual treat.

Enni Soni might not score 10/10 on our review meter, but it is song that will stay raw in the mind of music goers for some time!
