MUMBAI: UK singer/rapper Example is well known for his chart smashes like ‘Changed The Way You Kissed Me’ & ‘Stay Awake’ both reached #1 in his home country and achieved Platinum sales status. 

What you might not know is that he has been busy producing dance records under the same name and is set to become a big fixture on the DJ circuit. ‘Back On The Wreck’ is being released by Heldeep Records, and is the first Example record where he isn’t the featured vocalist, it focuses solely on his production skills.

‘Back On The Wreck’ is a no-nonsense, heads down roller of a tech house beast that will work any dancefloor to its hardest. Built around a galloping ‘90s house style beat laced with infectious cowbells and rapid-fire clap fills, its pummelling, rolling is a deliciously thick, undulating concoction. A rapped vocal sample adds flavour, and sampled stabs add another old skool touch. Warped sirens chime in at the drop to add extra impact.
