MUMBAI: Singer Asees Kaur who is known for her versatile singing and powerful voice is back with fun and peppy Punjabi single “Wanga Kaaliyan” under VYLR Original.

“Wanga Kaaliyan” was written by Raj Fatehpur, composed by Vikas and music production by Sunnyvik

“Wanga means ‘Bangles’ and Kaaliyan is ‘Black’, it is a fun Punjabi number” said the singer. The song inclines on girl/woman teasing her boyfriend/ husband to take her for shopping and to spend sometime with her. “I think most girl feels the same to grab the attention from her man”

On regard to the emotions felt by the woman in the music video the singer exclaimed, “I personally feel the same emotion, I would love my beloved to shower me with gifts, enlighten me with good thoughts and spend quality time and I’m sure people can relate to it too”.

This is her third song with VYRL Originals, “It’s always an amazing feeling working with the team, they are like a family and well organised”. She has all the liberty to express how she feels about the song. “They are true ‘Rockstar’ in the industry”.

“Actually Vikas, Raj, Sunny and I were working with another song in the VYLR studio and Sajid sir came up with an idea of doing a Punjabi number and as I haven’t done in the past I thought why not. I was really happy to do this fun and dance collaboration with the team, the structure was completed in 45mins”, Asees adds.

The 31-year-old singer really hope that this song will bring good vibes to everyone in this pandemic as everyone is tired sitting at home. This song has a happy vibe and she thinks people would love to dance on it also with a lot of weddings getting cancelled in last few months, she hopes it brings back the vibe.

There’s a pile of upcoming singles, recently she also released “Baat Nahi Karni” on TM Music.

The singer would definitely wish to collaborate with her siblings, as all 4 of them sings “I love their vibe and they love mine and we all sing amazingly together” Asees concluded.
