MUMBAI: Culture Connects, a collaboration between Delhi-based culture curators and Wild City and digital innovators MUTEK.SF from San Francisco, will close its first edition with venerated DJ-producer and prominent party-thrower Aurora Halal and prodigious, real-time generative art specialist Ezra Miller for an exclusive AV performance on October 8
Culture Connects is a series of digital events made possible by the generous support of American Center New Delhi. Throughout 2021, these events explored themes of music, culture and technology, and creative entrepreneurship and touched upon topics like LGBTQIA+ representation in the arts, vernacular narratives in Indian hip-hop, workshops on how to start your own radio show while highlighting trailblazers through specially-commissioned shows from the likes of Kumail, Burudu, Kiss Nuka, _RHL x Vishal Kumaraswamy, Dolorblind and Eki Shola.

To conclude its first run of events, Sustain Release-founder and compulsive techno innovator Aurora Halal will take the help of digital artist Ezra Miller to dial up the cerebral sensuality of her shadowy, psychedelic and emotionally intense music to showcase the far-reaching agency of digital performance space and inter-media collaborations.
The recipient of an ADC Young Guns prize at just 20 years old, Miller has collaborated with some of the biggest names in fashion including; Balenciaga, Alexander Wang and Adidas and has an ongoing collaboration with Fractal Fantasy masterminds Zora Jones and Sinjin Hawke, with whom he creates interactive online experiences.
Tune in to the performance on October 8 at 4PM IST via Wild City or American Center New Delhi’s Facebook.
