MUMBAI: April 26th marks the annual celebration of World Intellectual Property Day (WIPD), an important event aimed at increasing awareness of the significance of intellectual property rights in fostering innovation and creativity. This year's theme, "Women and IP: Accelerating Innovation and Creativity," shines a spotlight on the “can do” attitude of women inventors, creators and entrepreneurs around the world and their ground-breaking work, and underscores the importance of advancing gender parity in the fields of innovation and creativity.
