MUMBAI: Ogilvy & Mather national creative director Abhijit Avasthi has been announced as one of the radio jury member at the sixth Dubai Lynx Awards. Avasthi will also be a part of other categories like Film, Print, Outdoor and Craft. Other members in the same category include Scott Lambert-Australia, Doerte Spengler-Ahrens-Germany, Ivan Johnson- South Africa, Carla Romeu- Spain and John Pallant-UK. MUMBAI: Kenny Chesney leads The 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards with nine nods, including Entertainer of the Year, a category he has won four times since 2004. Leading male nominees with his duet �You and Tequila' featuring Grace Potter, Chesney has received double nominations for Single Record of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year as both artiste and producer along with Song of the Year. MUMBAI: After performing at Summer Storm Festival 2010, American metal rock band �Lamb of God' will revisit India as part of their �Resolution Tour 2012.' The metal band will commence the promotional tour with a concert, to be held on 26 May in Bangalore. The concert will feature band's popular hits including tracks from their recently released album 'Resolution'. Lamb of God released their sixth studio album Resolution on Roadrunner Records in January 2012.
