Everywhere, young men speak about being lonely and not finding enough safe spaces to express themselves. Through ‘Be A Man, Yaar’, I’m excited to have created a platform that will hopefully make young boys feel heard and seen, and allow them to recognise and express their emotions, by taking inspiration from the vulnerability of our incredible guests. It’s time to create a culture of ‘positive masculinity’ and redefine what it means to ‘be a man, yaar’!

‘Be A Man Yaar’ includes many fun segments, including ‘Shoutouts to men we love’ and ‘Reading compliments from men!’, paving the way for candid conversations about what society expects from men. It explores the journey of "manhood," and covers issues such as childhood, adolescence, love, relationships, family, friendships, work, and self-discovery.
