MUMBAI: The 81st Golden Globe Awards 2024 was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles on January 7. The star-studded ceremony witnessed the arrival of several A-listed Hollywood celebrities. While some brought home trophies, others resorted to cheering for the winners.

Selena Gomez who was in attendance with her partner Benny Blanco, made the headlines from the award night. A video circulating online showed the singer having a conversation with her friends Taylor Swift and Keleigh Sperry. Although, it was speculated that she was gossiping about Hollywood’s new pair Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, a source close to the Single Soon singer rubbished the rumours.

According to the online buzz, when Selena Gomez asked for a photograph with Call Me By Your Name actor Timothee Chalamet, his partner and internet sensation Kylie Jenner denied the request. Judging by the now-viral video, internet sleuths tried to make out what Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and Keleigh Sperry were saying to each other.

Lip-reading their conversation, some social media users concluded that it could be Selena spilling the beans about Kylie’s alleged denial of her clicking a picture with Timothee.
