Presented by Sevy Ali, and produced by Q.E.D Metamozez production in association with Sanjay Bhattacharjii for spring board productions, the 2005 film was directed by Vinta Nanda. Music was composed and produced by collectively known as Ashu and Dhruv.

Timeless Tracks, Timeless Appeal. "White Noise" transcends time with its timeless tracks that have left an indelible mark on the music landscape. The album contains songs that reflect the darker side of basic human emotions and relationships wrapped in an urban, edgy, and contemporary musical tapestry.

Track Highlights:

Stone :  Abandoned, heavy as a stone at the bottom of the ocean.

Slide :  A portrayal of perfectly pure love, combining support, coveting, and space.

In the Air : The sense of inevitable release, waiting to be carried away by the wind.

Resonate : The echoes of a lost, tainted love that eventually find resolution in freedom.

SOS : An unanswered appeal, a smoke signal with hope just around the corner.

Ashutosh Phatak and Dhruv Ghanekar, known for their versatility, created memorable scores for Bombay Boys and Snip, and they reunited for White Noise to push boundaries and explore the intricacies of emotions. Unlike traditional music creation, the songs for White Noise were crafted after the entire film was shot and edited. Responding to director Vinta Nanda's call, the composers embraced the opportunity to create a musical narrative that complements the film's eclectic and dark mood. The album is also produced by Ashu and Dhruv, additionally, the focus track of the album SOS features Kailash Kher in the video (Kailash has also written the additional lyrics for SOS). Further, the album also showcases the finest group of singers, musicians such as Vivienne Pocha, Tara Baswani, Caralisa Monteiro, notable flautist Rakesh Chaurasia, Ustad Liaqat Ali Khan, Satyajit Talwalkar to name a few!

Eclectic and Dark Theme : With no specific brief in hand, Phatak and Ghanekar approached the music from the ground up, starting with the lyrics. The songs resonate with themes of insecurity, isolation, loss, release, and comfort, echoing the mood of the film.

Quotes:

"Since there was no brief at that point, we found it easier to approach the music from the ground up," says Ashutosh Phatak. "Once the lyric was in place, the music just flowed effortlessly," adds Dhruv Ghanekar.

On January 17, 2024, "White Noise" will be released on major music streaming platforms. Additionally, the full music video for "SOS" will be available on Wah Wah Records' YouTube channel.
