MUMBAI: The recent revelation by B.L.O.T’s Gaurav Malaker on how he was treated at Sunburn 2014 by Shailendra Singh has fuelled a little social media trolling by rival music festival promoters- Vijay Nair (NH7) and Nikhil Chinapa (Vh1 Supersonic).
In reference to Malaker allegedly being asked to leave the EDM festival (despite having played there) for wearing a Vh1 Supersonic wristband, Nair made a rather interesting offer to Vh1 Supersonic fans.
Keep your @Vh1Supersonic wristbands on and meet me at @NH7 this year, I will buy you a drink.

Along with getting a number of ‘retweets’ and ‘favourites’, Nair’s tweet also got a cheeky reply from one Twitter user.
@ConfusedDouche @Vh1Supersonic @NH7 Includes all neighbouring villages. @nikhilchinapa @blottin

Not long after, Chinapa made a return offer to Nair and NH7 attendees.
.@vijay_nair ...And taluks. I'll return the favour for anyone wearing an NH7 band at @Vh1Supersonic Goa 2015. @ConfusedDouche @NH7 @blottin

Whether the offers made by Nair and Chinapa are in jest or not is left to be seen. Perhaps Nair could make good on his offer sooner rather than later considering NH7 Weekender’s very first Shillong edition is set to take place next month.
