MUMBAI: Ed Sheeran recently performed a gig at a primary school after they renamed themselves in his honour.
The 24-year-old performed some of his hits and took part in a question and answer session with pupils at Redcliff School here on Tuesday after they won a radio competition for renaming themselves as Edcliff School for two weeks, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
During the diverse question and answer session, Sheeran revealed he gives his guitars male names such as Cyril and James because he "beats them up" too much to give them female personas, and confirmed he plans to work with friend Taylor Swift again.
After the gig, Sheeran took to Instagram to reveal how much he enjoyed the experience.
The 'Thinking Out Loud' singer, announced the supporting acts for his two sold-out concerts at Croke Park in July this year. Joining him on 24 July will be Bell X1 and Gavin James, while the second day will have Bell X1 and Jamie Lawson.
